Plant 6 to 30 inches in height. Distribution: Local in distribution, but found throughout most of North America except for the Rocky Mountain region. Habitat: Crimson Clover is a commonly planted ornamental that sometimes escapes to fields, roadsides, and empty lots. Flowering period: May to July.
