The Iguana inhabits much of Mexico and South America. Their phenomenal sense of vision enables them to move quickly through their environment, whether it is to evade a predator or to catch their own meal. Their tails are very strong, and the Iguana will use them as a defense mechanism. If caught by the tail this reptile can allow it to break of in an attempt to escape.
