Himalayan Bluetail (Tarsiger hyperythrus) Habitat : Shrubbery and underestorey in rhododendron, oak, conifer and birch forest; 600-3,655 m (breeds above 2,400 m n Himalayas.) Also edge of broadleaved evergreen forest and clearing etc. in winter. Not very skulking, usually fairy low down; erratically flicks rail downwards. Taken this picture in Doi Lang, Chaing Mai Province, Thailand
