House F. S. Chiralova (2nd floor. XIX century) � the angular wooden building on the brick first floor � one of characteristic types for Tyumen of a merchant mansion. Built at the end of the XIX century, it belonged to a family of the Tyumen merchants Chiralov. In 1911 to the house the wooden porch was attached and the stone base is brought. Allegedly in the same time the building got also magnificent architectural carved scenery. The house put on the stone first floor has laconic volume composition, wide street facades. The building is sheathed by a yew. In 2000 the monument is restored according to the project G. M. Dubonosa. Now here the Gold Turtle restaurant settles down.
