Commonly called Beach Banksia or Coast Banksia, the Banksia Integrifolia is endemic to Australia's east coast. This magnificent specimen was photographed on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The new flower heads of pale lemon change colour to honey/golden and then brown as they get older.
