William Barrington, 2nd Viscount Barrington (1717-1793) on engraving from the 1800s. British politician best known for his two periods as Secretary of War during Great Britain's involvement in the 7 Years War and American War of Independence. Engraved by Ridley after a picture by Lawrence and published by J.Sewell in 1800.
