Penne al'Aglio with Parmeggiano. Penne pasta with garlic and parmesan. Recipe: 1. While boiling pasta with salt (penne or spaghetti work best), chop or slice one piece of garlic. 2. Heat the garlic over medium-low heat in a frying pan with a few dashes of olive oil. Option: add some crushed red pepper to the oil. 3. Strain the pasta and combine with the oil/garlic. 4. Add salt, pepper, and parmesan to taste. Decorate with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
