ITALY, Palermo: Coffin The funeral of Giovanni Lo Porto was held on September 18, 2015, with Mayor Leoluca�Orlando declaring a day of mourning in the city. Lo Porto, an aid worker, was being held captive by al-Qaida along with American Warren Weinstein. The pair were mistakenly killed during a U.S. drone strike in January.
