RUSSIA, Moscow: Writer, poet and journalist Dmitry Bykov addressed Russian opposition activists as they rallied in Moscow on September 20, 2015, in the wake of regional elections that widely favored the ruling United Russia party and prompted accusations of vote rigging. The Meeting to Change Power protest, organised by prominent anti-corruption campaigner Alexei Navalny, drew an estimated 2,000-4,000 people, well short of estimates in advance of the rally.
