PHILIPPINES, Manila: Strong currents triggered by Typhoon Koppu pushed the MV Mary the Queen passenger boat close to the bay near Manila, Philippines, as captured on October 20, 2015. At least 16 people have died and more than 60,000 forced to leave their homes in the wake of Koppu, the second strongest storm to lash the Philippines this year.
