PERU, Lima: Popular Action party candidate Alfredo Barnechea Garcia holds a speech during the Forum for Freedom of press, Transparency and Right to Information, in Lima, Peru, on March 30, 2016. During this event, main presidential candidates are invited to sign the Lima Principios agreement, which guarantee freedom of press, but Order party candidate Antero Flores-Araoz refused to sign. Peru will go to the polls to elect a new president on April 10.
