Description
Scarab beetles are found all over the UAE, due to the fact that there large number of camels and goats around. In the sandy regions they are more common, as it is easier to dig to bury their brood balls. Telecoprid is the most common seen around the area. Adults feed mostly on the dung that they collect, but can also be seen feeding on fruits. Some have been seen eating carrion
