The Môle Saint Louis, the first structure to be built when the city was founded from 1666, is 650m long. This pier offers a promenade by the sea to the Saint-Louis lighthouse located at its end where a verse by Paul Valéry is engraved. It is also the reception site of the marina with 300 rings.
