In Hamburg,the focus is on the aircraft manufacturer Airbus. Peter Kloeppel was born in Frankfurt in 1958. After graduating from high school in 1977,he completed a journalistic education. In 1992,Kloeppel took over the lead of the daily main news program RTL-aktuell. The following year he became deputy head of the RTL news room. Peter Kloeppel has been RTL editor-in-chief since November 2004. Among other things,Kloeppel received the "Special Grimme Prize"" for his coverage of September 11,2001.
