Michael Stich at the Pink Ball . On February 2,2008,the easthotel hosted the first Pink Ball in Hamburg. Three p's are very important: pink,party and celebrity! In addition to a party to thank guests,customers and friends of the house,the event,which is to take place once a year,always supports a good purpose. As part of the Pink Ball,a huge canvas is painted by celebrities. The finished image will later be sold to the highest bidder. This year,the proceeds will go to the Michael Stich Foundation. Since 1994,it has been supporting a particularly vulnerable group,namely children who are hiv-infected and have HIV and AIDS.
