Protest action in front of the Romanian Consulate in Hamburg together with FOUR PAWS against the Moerderic law PL 912 passed by the Rumaenian Parliament on 22.11.2011,which legalizes the unscrupulous killing of street dogs. FOUR PAWS will hand over this protest to Romanian President Traian Basescu,as only he can now overturn the law. Romania has passed a law that allows the mass killing of stray dogs. Studies have shown that only a comprehensive castration of stray dogs reduces the dog population.
