Status Quo co-founder Francis Rossi visits Oldie 95 . On Tuesday,May 4,2010,Status Quo co-founder Francis Rossi visited the Oldie 95 studio at Spitalerstraße 10. The interview will be broadcast by Oldie 95-Vormittags presenter Ingo _Lorenz Rossi's second solo album "One Step At A Time"" will be released on May 7. A new Status Quo album will also follow in September. The British composer,singer and guitarist has sold around 120 million records worldwide with Status Quo and produced more than 30 albums. Among the biggest hits are ""RockinŽ All Over The World"" and ""In The Army Now"". In addition to his work with the rock band,Francis Rossi has also made a name for himself as a producer and composer of various artists. The Briton is also responsible as the composer of the first Status Quo hit. With ""Pictures of Matchstick Men"" the British band reached the only chart success in the USA so far. Today,the father of eight lives with his wife in the southern English county of Surrey. In 2009,Rossi was awarded the Order of the British Empire."
