The Piedra Aguda Reservoir is a man-made lake located in the Badajoz province of Extremadura, Spain. It is the largest reservoir in the Llanos de Olivenza comarca (region). The reservoir was created in 1956 by damming the Olivenza River. It has a capacity of 16.3 cubic hectometers (13,240 acre-feet) and a surface area of 2.7 square kilometers (1.0 square mile). The reservoir is used for irrigation, drinking water supply, and recreation.
