Ketil Lund speaking at a public meeting in 2013. Ketil Lund (born 15 July 1939) is a Norwegian judge. He was a Supreme Court Justice from 1990 to his retirement in 2009. From 1994 to 1996 he chaired the Lund commission, which looked into illegal surveillance in Norway.
