The location is southest of Auxerre near the pretty town of Tonnerre on the Canal Bourgogne ( Burgundy ) The Pantheon stands in the Piazza della Rotunda in Rome, normally thronged with crowds I took this image at5am in February to ensure this wonderful ancient building could be appreciated both illuminated and without people The village of Boscastle site on the Atlantic coast in north Cornwall, in the southwest of England. The little village has a small fleet of little fishing boats seen here behind the harbour wall. Boscastle here is a tranquil idylic place but some years ago it made global news when a flash flood washed much of the village away. Today it is once again a wonderfully peacefuland picturesque place to visit A cow with an enigmatic mona-lisa-esque expression ! This is a most beautiful walk which leads to the pretty coastal villages of Lynton & Lynmouth. The path follows the remote coastal fringe of Exmoor (of Lorna Doome literary fame) To the left of the image the woodland falls away to the sea, to the right it climbs to open rugged moorland. You really must visit !
